i only did for RF injection cervical facet joints.

I am not sure to feel happy or mad about this case.. 
A misleaded diagnosis of chronic facial pain.. End up with 4 surgeries...non justified? 
But for sure i hv done big thing for her..

This patient was having excruciating pain from slipped disc L5S1 on arrival 
Recommend for surgery but she opted for PLDD injection for an option.. 
Alhamdulillah ... The pain mostly gone at 1 day post PLDD 
she made the right move
