cluster headaches & cervical facet syndrome

Beliau telah dirawat sebagai trigeminal neuralgia...sinusitis...

i only did for RF injection cervical facet joints.

Most of the symptoms disappeared. 

Result speaks!!

I am not sure to feel happy or mad about this case.. 
A misleaded diagnosis of chronic facial pain.. End up with 4 surgeries...non justified? 
But for sure i hv done big thing for her..
